In these action packed training sessions, we incorporate the terrain (pumptrack, bike skills park, BMX track etc) to advance participants riding skills AND incorporate a progression of intervals and drills to make for a fast-paced and effective training session. To compliment your training on the bike, we have the option to incorporate off-the-bike strength and mobility training into the session too.

BMX racing offers a range of competitive outlets, from weekly club races at the local BMX track right through to the world stage with the annual World Champs as well as racing at the Olympics. It is a fantastic gateway to the thrill of riding on two wheels.
Our focus is rider development. We view our efforts as successful when participants leave with an increased enthusiasm and confidence in their riding and racing. From spring and summer camps, to Development Race Team model for clubs, to in person or remote coaching and individualized program design - we have the services and expertise to help you reach new levels.

NOTICE:
The North Shore Bike Park has closed its North Vancouver location on March of 2025. Over the past year, we have been grateful for the opportunity to access an indoor venue to run our North Shore BMX Development Race Team and our HYBRID Training sessions. This park has provided a wonderful location to connect with our community. It has also been a fantastic platform for us to apply our coaching and training experience, utilizing the pump tracks and jump lines to deliver and refine an outstanding training experience for riders. While we will dearly miss the bike park and look forward to it’s new location (Maple Ridge,BC Winter 2026) , we are excited to leverage our successful programs into new and exciting training opportunities utilizing the fantastic riding that has always been accessible to us.
