BMX RacinG
BMX racing has it all β the adrenaline of a Saturday morning gate start at your local club, and the possibility of chasing a spot on the Olympic or World Championship podium. It's one of the most exciting ways to get into competitive cycling, no matter where you're starting from.
At BONDtraining, rider development is everything we do. We don't just build faster racers β we build riders who leave every session more confident, more skilled, and hungrier for the next challenge. That's how we define success.
Whatever stage you're at, we have a program built for you:
Speed Lab - our signature 2 to 3 day intensive sessions for 2nd-year riders and beyond, hosted by your local track or team. We are currently booking for 2027. Contact us for details.
SPRING and SUMMER Camps - 4 to 5 days of performance camps for intermediate and expert riders, novice-oriented camps also available.
Development Race Team (DRT) β Season long, weekly group sessions led by our DRT coaches. This training program is for clubs seeking to provide their membership with a high-performance training environment designed to prepare the athletes for their provincial, national, and world-level events. DRT sessions are currently running at Vernon and Langley BMX clubs. Individualized DRT programs are also available.
1-on-1 Coaching (in-person or remote) β individualized program design tailored to your goals
Ready to take your riding to the next level? Let's build your program.
Our BMX Summer Camps are a blast!
BMX racing offers a range of competitive outlets, from local club races to racing on the world stage at the Olympics and World Champs. It is a fantastic gateway to the thrill of riding on two wheels.
This camp is for BMX racers currently at the Intermediate and expert levels. The camp aims to help riders develop their skill and speed on the BMX track through a multiple-disciplinary approach with games, challenges, and plenty of time for riding. With our small participant-to-instructor ratio (6:1), participants develop their skills and drills to ride safer and faster. Additionally, we cover related topics that include race tactics, fueling, recovery, training, cross-training, testing, mental training, mindfulness, goal-setting(outcome vs process), equipment maintenance and repair, etc.
The goal of these camps is rider development. We view a camp as successful when participants leave with an increased enthusiasm for riding and confidence in their riding and racing. Participants from the 2023&2024 camps successfully upgraded their riding proficiency, and a number went on to acquire provincial and national number plates.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING
βMy son had an amazing week at BMX camp. I canβt believe how much they learned and he couldnβt wait to go each day.β
βJason has this energy that the kids feed off in the BMX training/camps. It is not super intense where youβre afraid to do anything wrong. It is accepting, encouraging and has been a great experience.β
