Jason Bond

With over ten years of personal training experience, and 20+ years of competitive cycling experience, Jason is excited to share how a consistent investment in the gym will support clients' short-term and long-term physical pursuits.

Jason's love for riding started at an early age. 2-wheeled adventures have proven an important tool for Jason to learn more about himself and his world. He has acquired a range of riding and competitive experience - from BMX, road racing to the spectrum of MTB disciplines (XCO MXC, ultra, DH, Enduro). Jason's current project is moving up the ranks in the Lowermainland Cyclocross Series, hunting a few of his favourite Strava segments on the local North Shore mountain bike trails AND sharing his passion for all things 2-wheeled with his 3.5 year old son.

Eric Wong

As a Competitive Cyclist, Eric has trained with BONDtraining for the past 8 seasons and used the MTBdryland Program as his own preparation for gravity oriented racing. Inspired by the positive impact the gym had on his own cycling, Eric is BCRPA Personal Training (PT) and PMBI L2 Certified. He joined Jason on the training floor in 2016. Eric is excited to work alongside Jason in sharing the benefits of a dedicated gym program to clients of all abilities and fitness levels.

Growing up in Vancouver, Eric took up mountain biking at the age of 8 with the North Shore Mountains in his backyard. What started as a hobby quickly became a lifelong passion and led to a competitive career racing Downhill, Slalom, 4x and anything else that meant going downhill; fast. His current project is chasing the Fiver World Series title.

Eric balances his time between BONDtraining training clients in the gym and Endless Biking coaching clients on trail. He has a strong understanding of the translation between the two and loves to shares his own experiences, learn from clients and build community.
